Touchstone Hotel - City Center San Francisco

I came here for 4 nights and had a pleasant stay.

Well, no lobby.

Loved the place, had a perfectly pleasant stay for the location. The setting was quite prime within easy reach of a people-watching plaza.

Breakfast was missed.

Good location and staff, as advertised. We loved sitting in the restaurant on the ground floor.

Fab location and clean place, I enjoyed accommodating stuff.

Quiet little place, fairly clean, great value.

Overall had nice stay for my short visit.

Location is VERY PRETTY, warm hearted staff were more than helpful.

Cosy location, personable staff, exceptionally good views. The units are practical, updated. Nice service within 25 km of the airport;)))

Everything was nice, loved our fine stay. The staff were genuinely helpful and the restaurant was good. The twin room was unique and perfect for what we needed. Terrific service throughout stay. Not to mention excellent wifi!

Absolutely amazing staff and super beds, top setting. Room was inviting and non-smoking.

Pleasant location, cheerful staff, fine room and fairly clean hotel. Walking distance to stores and a drugstore across the street. I got free upgrade and loved it. The property took care of the efficient service too: )

We enjoyed rooms and staff, they were immaculate. Hospitality from the whole staff. Found in a stunning area...

all good — we enjoyed our stay — food was appetising and genuinely professional staff. lovely view, a little balcony, lovely bed, too. the beach was sandy. again, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from chinatown. luxury place with incredible service too.

Place was clean, everything was wonderful. Lovely staff, was always available with advice about anything. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having iron/ironing board and hairdryer. The restaurant was small and the food was tasty. Brilliant location to a monument tower.

Comfortable bed, perfect location, also the staff was friendly. Only 20 min walk to downtown.

The street, as it's noisy. The room seemed extremely small.

We were happy to find the cheesecake factory 800 ft away, where we could eat. We liked the pool.

All good.
